TEB Sh.A. Bank committed to the measures taken by the Government and the NIPH




TEB Sh.A. Bank informs the clients, staff and general public that it has taken all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus (Covid-19 Coronavirus) based on the recommendations of the relevant institutions (Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the National Institute of Public Health), in the interest of the public health, its employees and clients.
TEB Sh.A. notifies the clients that all branches, digital service areas, ATMs and payment terminals (POS) continue to be in the service of the citizens taking into account all preventive measures. However, in order to facilitate the clients’ services, we encourage everyone to use the services through the TebMobile app (Download from Play Store https://bit.ly/2xAZL93/ Download from AppStore https://apple.co/2vl6WS2) contactless cards and ATMs for cash withdrawals.
We invite the clients, staff and public to apply all the guidelines and recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health in Kosovo in this emergency situation.
Also, the Central Bank of Kosovo (CBK) has notified that our branches will continue to operate on a regular basis.
