TEB Bank signs a cooperation agreement with Haxhijaha in support of agricultural businesses
On March 30, Wednesday, TEB Bank signed a cooperation agreement with Haxhijaha in the premises of the Enologjia Winery Association in Rahovec.
This cooperation agreement aims to support local farmers and agribusinesses providing favourable conditions for the purchase of agricultural equipment with 0% interest and 0% administrative expenses for loans with duration of 12 months.
TEB Bank strongly believes in supporting the modernization of agricultural technology in order to achieve yields for farmers.
General Director of TEB Bank, Ayhan Albeyoglu highlights the success achieved in this region, where within a very short time the number of agro card holders has doubled: “From the moment we distributed 1000 agro-cards in cooperation with USAID that number is now over 2200. A success which shows that this sector has been strengthened enough but TEB Bank will finance this sector more and more in the future.”
Company owner Ruzhdi Haxhijaha said: “this agreement improves the circumstances and facilitates the manner of doing business for farmers. This cooperation offers many opportunities and better conditions for farmers to be equipped with the necessary agricultural equipments. President of the Enologjia Winery, Fejzulla Berisha stated that this cooperation has facilitated the work of all farmers.
For the importance of signing the agreement, Deputy Director of TEB, Arton Celina said that TEB Bank is concentrated this sector since this sector is one of the main contributors to the economy in the country and it contributes directly to the development of the economy and the welfare of Kosovar families.
TEB Bank will continue to work in the development of the agricultural sector by offering new opportunities and suitable for the market.
