You can access and view all accounts, transactions and movements in accounts, credit card transactions, future credit card transactions, etc.
TEB e-Banking has designed so that every time you enter user ID and password you then receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS that enables you to log in to your e-Banking. The PIN that arrives via SMS is valid for three minutes and once the time is up, the OTP is no longer valid. This way you are assured a secure access to TEB e-Banking anywhere. All you need is a mobile phone.
If you have mistaken and blocked your password, contact the Call Center at 038/230000. After verifying your personal data, the Call Center will reset your password and PIN and send them to your mobile phone.
Those clients that do not want to use OTP through SMS can receive a permanent/unchanging PIN which they can use to login to TEB e-Banking. In this case whenever you enter your user ID and password, you then have to enter your permanent PIN to login. If you have mistaken and blocked your password, please visit our closest Branch.
